Pep Sterility Fails - Big Deal?

Meh. If you've used gear, you'd just shrug. Probably more germs on a public restroom doorknob.

Pep Sterility Fails - Big Deal?

Okay, here's some info on those salts and buffers I mentioned earlier: Common Residual Salts and Buffers * Trifluoroacetate (TFA Salts) - From Trifluoroacetic Acid used for cleavage. Most peptides are delivered as a TFA salt. * Acetate (Acetate Salts) - Acetic acid or Ammonium Acetate...

Pep Sterility Fails - Big Deal?

I was wondering about what else is in these things besides the pep itself. Got this info and figured I'd share: Process-Related Impurities: These are leftovers from making the stuff, like solvents and reagents. * Stuff like Trifluoroacetic Acid (TFA) from cleaving the peptide. * Salts and...

    Is it just me, or...

It's wild how different people react to weight loss. Like, I thought everyone would be talking about it, asking questions, everything. But most people just... don't. maybe they think it's dangerous, or they don't want to make you feel bad if you gain it back? Who knows!

    Is it just me, or...

I had a hard time acknowledging my weight loss every week when I went to the doctor for my shot. She would always compliment me and even took pictures to show me. I went from 255 to 188, and even though my clothes don't fit and I feel better, I still see 255 in the mirror. Now, I just take...

    Pfizer: Weight Loss Bargain?

I'd gamble on it working out well. I'm happy with my weekly injections at current prices, though.

    Crushing it: 308lbs -> 220lbs!

Sema Journey: Down 75, Keeping it Off!

I've been on for about 18 months and plan to continue indefinitely. I dropped about 30 pounds initially and have been stable for the past 6 months. Still have about 20 to go but not stressing, I feel great!

Sema Journey: Down 75, Keeping it Off!

I lost around 75 lbs as well and have been on this forum for a couple of years. I'd say this is one of the best transformations I've come across on here. It must be so fun to see people you haven't seen in a while! Unreal. Don't let it happen again.

    40s and feeeelin' fine!

Inspired by your progress! I've been shrinking clothes too, skirts mainly with elastic waists. Feels good and is less wasteful than buying new ones over and over. That's quite a change!

    40s and feeeelin' fine!

Body recomposition is impressive. I don't get how you've shed almost 100 pounds without extra skin hanging, but congrats! Major achievement.

    Look what I found!

I said 'what the heck!' and went back to my old hippie days when I was thinner. I'm buying wild prints, flowy pants, jumpers, jumpsuits, maxi skirts! All the models are 20-somethings and super skinny, but I make it work. I'm 78 and figured this is my last chance to wear cool clothes like I did...
