I jumped on the Mounjaro train like, a year and a couple months ago. Popping 10 mg every week. Been dealing with Type 2 diabetes for what feels like forever, and kinda ignored it. Been hitting the weights 4 times weekly for about 9 months, sessions are usually like 40 mins. Got a trainer for 2 of those. Started around 270 lbs and now I'm cruising at 175. Most of my bloodwork looks good, but still gotta watch that insulin. Used to squeeze into XXL shirts, now I'm rocking a medium. Wearing 32 jeans, and they're sometimes loose! Was busting out of 38s at my heaviest. My diet? Eh, could be way better, but I'm trying to ditch the sugary drinks. No cardio, just machines, barbells, and dumbbells. Nothing too wild, just basic stuff and some supersets. Honestly, I feel like I'm 30, and people usually guess that age. They flip when I tell them I have 3 kids, and the oldest is 22! Keep crushing it, everyone! Don't let anyone rain on your parade.

Body recomposition is impressive. I don't get how you've shed almost 100 pounds without extra skin hanging, but congrats! Major achievement.

You look amazing!!! Your weightlifting progress is insane!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

I'm also 42, lift weights, and have a six-pack now. People are always surprised by my age, and I feel like I'm living life to its fullest... So happy for us! Let's hear it for feeling awesome in our 40s!

You look amazing! 💪 Super inspiring! I started Mounjaro three weeks ago, and seeing posts like yours gives me hope I can get there too! Keep it up!

Inspired by your progress! I've been shrinking clothes too, skirts mainly with elastic waists. Feels good and is less wasteful than buying new ones over and over.

That's quite a change!

Try adding some of the other stuff if you want to mix in a glucagon agent. Dropped from 7mg tirz weekly down to 5 when I added 1mg of the other one and kept the benefits with fewer sides. Everyone's different though.

Still got a bruise from a GHK-cu pin two weeks ago that just hit wrong. Nothing since — no new bruises, pain, itch. Four weeks in daily and skin's clearer, fewer face breakouts, but no major visible gains yet. Ordered another 50mg kit, still researching BCP and TB.
