I just do one dose a week. Haven't seen anything that says splitting it is better, unless you can't handle the side effects. I'm at 12mg and it's working great.

I'm thinking of slowly increasing the time between doses to wean myself off. Honestly, these meds are so expensive! Plus, the side effects aren't fun. But maybe I'll try titrating down the dose instead of spacing the doses out. That's an idea!
