Half a hundo down! Yay me!

That's amazing progress, shedding 50lbs in approximately seven months demonstrates real commitment, and the improvement is immediately apparent. That BMI reduction is great, and it's wonderful to see you're feeling positive about it. With your permission, I was wondering if I could feature this success on the community? It's a subreddit where individuals showcase their GLP1 achievements with progress photos, and inspiring posts such as yours really encourage others. Alternatively, you can choose to publish it there directly, whichever you prefer.

For those of you just starting out, seeing success stories can be really encouraging. I saw one where someone started around 327lbs in February and is now down to 202lbs, with their first goal weight being 199lbs. It's a journey, but achievable!

I saw another fantastic example of what this medication can do: one person dropped from 439 to 294 in a year, while strength training 5+ times/week. Started on 12.5mg three weeks ago. So inspiring!

Great job! Are you sticking to a particular diet? I have constant burping and feel nauseous.
I don't follow any specific diet, but I make an effort to consume smaller portions. As for the burping, I had that issue in the beginning, but it lessened as I went along. Maybe ask your doctor?

It's worth remembering that individual results can vary with these meds. Some people lose more than the 20-22% often cited. Don't get discouraged if your progress is different!
