Fine to stay on a low dose?

I had similar issues with the higher dose. Doing 0.25 twice weekly has been way better for me too - less rough side effects and still losing steadily. You'll probably want extra needles from Amazon if you go this route, just so you have them on hand.

    Supplements: all the hype?

lost all my weight eating high carb, low fat - lots of volume that way. feeling fuller sooner combined with the appetite suppression did the trick. just get your protein in. don't beat yourself up - once it clicks and the food noise drops, you'll get there. some people respond faster, some slower.

Mounjaro pen holders - anyone else?

I saw something about that, a new pill being approved. It'll be interesting to see how it changes things. I'm not a huge fan of needles.

Mounjaro pen holders - anyone else?

Agreed! I'm actually kinda shocked something like this isn't already widely available.

Can I take my shot a little early?

Totally okay. I've had to adjust by a day a few times over the past three years.

Mounjaro pen holders - anyone else?

I'd definitely buy the 4-pen version; it's an improvement over what I have now. But honestly, I'd REALLY love a case with a specific spot for a Govee Bluetooth temp sensor. I use one to check the temp when I'm traveling. I can't fit one in my current case with the pens, so it just rolls around...

    GLP-1 Noob - Stalling?

The side effects tend to get easier over time. I'd suggest sticking with this dose since it's clearly working for you. Plus, as another diabetic, this medication isn't really meant to be spaced out like that on a regular basis. Forgetting a dose once in a while is one thing, but I'd be worried...

    Mood swings better on Ozempic?

I agree with HawkLog. It's like a mental fog lifted or something. I feel more present.

lol! Thank god it only scratched them and didn't end up going into the muscle!

    Thinner needles for IM shots?

Remember that the gauge number indicates thickness; a 25G needle is actually thicker than a 31g needle.

    Two years... whoa

It can be a long road. I've been on sema for almost a year now, and didn't really see consistent results until month 3 or 4. Now I'm losing about 6 pounds a month, which is still progress! So hang in there, everyone!

Hate my post-weight loss body - anyone else?

I'm saying this respectfully, but it sounds like you might have some mental health issues. I’m 47 and thin, but not perfect. You have to love your body. Even models deal with body shaming. Focus on loving yourself. I'm sure you look great. Do your legs and arms work? Can you see and hear...
