    Tirz dosing - what's 'enough'?

Oh man, that's scary, no-more-snacks! I'm so bad at math. I'd definitely mess that up.

    Tirz dosing - what's 'enough'?

If you're feeling sick, dial it back! Don't up the dose until the nausea's gone, Kelly02.

Ozempic: Down 84 lbs in 4 months!

I'm worried that 1000 calories won't be enough for you, especially after you stop taking the meds :(

SLU-PP-332 - Anyone else scratching their head?

Rats got 55mg per kg in studies, which is about 5mg per kg for a person. Even 25mg is way low for most of us when compared to the studies, even though human equivalent dosing isn't always cut and dried. If SLU works in people and is generally safe, I'd guess 25mg is more likely to do something...

SLU-PP-332 - Anyone else scratching their head?

Basically, yeah. Human equivalent doses versus what rats got is like, 5mg/kg, but then people are saying even the tiny 300mcg doses did something for them. I'm betting it's a placebo thing.

Stacking Tirz and Reta - Anyone tried it?

Shannon_04 I read about someone who tried it, and they said it gave them a ton of energy, but they couldn't sleep at all. They also said they didn't get much appetite suppression. Maybe try a small amount first to see how it affects you?

Lilly vs. Compound Pharmacies - uh oh!

I hope my pharmacy isn't affected. I've been getting my meds from them for almost a year, and everything's been great. The customer service is excellent and shipping is fast!

Lilly vs. Compound Pharmacies - uh oh!

Honestly, the compounded meds ARE tailored to patients because not everyone can afford Lilly's prices! It can save people tons of money. Yes, there's a patent, but not on pricing. Lilly needs to lower their costs. If my doctor tells me I need this or I'll have a heart attack in less than 10...

    GLP-1s and keeping muscle?

    1. It's definitely a 'me problem.' I'm just really shy especially going solo. 2. The plan is to start incredibly low with Ostarine. Thanks for the dosage advice, Bobby45! I don't want to lose all my muscle before summer - I'm hoping to bike, hike and swim regularly. 3. Working on upping the...

    GLP-1s and keeping muscle?

I'm planning on trying that too! Once my cagri and sema are at a 1:1 ratio, I'll get some bloodwork to check on my liver. If everything looks okay, I'm gonna go for it. Hopefully, I'll be less self-conscious at the gym by then & start with weights instead of just cardio. Wish me luck!
