Reta, BPC, and Tesa – anyone tried this combo?

Tesa and BPC pricing varies by vendor. Domestic sources typically run 2-3x Chinese vendors on both.

    Weight Back After Stopping?

The SURMOUNT-4 data makes the treatment-not-cure point hard to ignore. Weight returns when medication stops because the underlying metabolic state has not changed. The focus during treatment has to be habit building.

    Ozempic long-term - my story

A1c at 9.6 is serious territory to start from. The turnaround on Ozempic for T2D is one of the clearer data points people track.

    GHK-Cu soreness - any tricks?

I think the pain is from the low pH. Raising it should help a lot. Like I said, you could add lido to numb it. But a lot of people use SB to raise the pH to a good level.

    GHK-Cu soreness - any tricks?

Try mixing with some lido or using sodium bicarbonate to get the pH up to around 7.5 or 8. That should help. There are a LOT of past posts about this. You can search and find them.

    Reta strength fading already?

That's funny, IF-warrior, I had the opposite experience. I was fine for the first half a year, then started getting raised, itchy welts at the injection site. Switched to a longer needle and it stopped.

    Reta strength fading already?

I had similar reactions until I switched to a longer needle. Now it doesn't happen anymore.

Tirz vials - how much waste?

People keep asking me why I'm taking such a low dose of Sema and Reta, so I got tired of explaining it. 🤣 My advice is to let the appetite stuff help you make new habits. Eat healthy food and become a new you!

Tirz vials - how much waste?

I'm going to test a vial of Sema to see if it's really a problem to store it for over 30 days, since that's what everyone says to do. I'll reconstitute to 9 mL and split it into 3 cartridges (3 mL each). I'll use one twice a week for 6 weeks, store another for 90 days, and another for 120 days -...

Tirz vials - how much waste?

If you use good BAC water and keep things really clean, a vial should last way longer than 30 days. The name-brand stuff is good for like, 2 years in the fridge. I'm sure they use all kinds of preservatives, but if theirs lasts that long, ours should be good for more than a month. Compounding...

    Down 50lbs, still going!

My starting weight was almost exactly the same as someone I saw online, and their goal is close to mine, too! Gives me hope. They said they've been on this since November and are almost there.

    Ozempic lawsuits? Seriously?

I wonder why we never hear about how awful Fluoroquinolones can be and their horrible side effects? Oh yeah, there's a big warning label on the box and people can't sue anymore...

    Crushing it: 308lbs -> 220lbs!

Girl, you look AMAZING! I'm 5'10" and around 270lbs, and I'm so excited to start. They JUST got the medication I want where I live, and I'm hoping to pick it up this weekend. I know everyone's different, but can I ask what you did diet-wise? High protein or a specific calorie target? Weight...

    Ozempic lawsuits? Seriously?

I wouldn't keep taking it if the side effects were unbearable. I was ready to stop immediately if it made my constipation worse. Thankfully, it didn't.
