Down 50lbs, still going!

I'm not at my ultimate goal yet but feeling so much better. I went from a size 20 to a 16. Blood pressure is still a bit high, but seeing changes in my face and how my clothes fit keeps me going. It's wild to see the before and after. I was normally around a 14 but put on a lot of weight during COVID and it's been a struggle getting back. My body's hunger signals felt totally broken. So glad to see progress.

I almost didn't use the 'success' tag because I still have work to do, but that's probably just me being too hard on myself, because it IS a success!

That is a MASSIVE success! Doesn't it feel amazing? I'm halfway to my goal after about a year. Just got rid of all my bigger jeans - so freeing!

It's amazing how much stress extra weight puts on your joints. I didn't really notice how bad it was until I started losing. Now I can walk so much further without pain.

My starting weight was almost exactly the same as someone I saw online, and their goal is close to mine, too! Gives me hope. They said they've been on this since November and are almost there.

Totally agree! I didn't even realize how much my knees hurt until the pain started going AWAY. It's wild.
