    Is this for realz?

I tell everybody. People should understand that this stuff is effective. The lady at the membership card check at Costco looked at me last week and remarked on how much weight I dropped. I responded that it was a miracle medication. Even the diabetes doctor's staff asked me to confirm my...

    Is this for realz?

That's interesting info. I have a copay of $25 at Costco with my insurance. They've repeatedly said they don't profit off Ozempic due to low insurance compensation. Maybe the company compensates them for these sales without insurance.

    Down almost 100 lbs!

Photos from the first day of school. Same kid, one year apart! I've dropped 95 pounds since starting the medication in early December of last year.

    Prices droppin' again!

I have those 10mg green tops from June. And some blue tops from another vendor that are a bit weak. My body is noticing a small difference. I am thinking about CA or Q for my next order. I've been adding a bit of another compound a couple days after a Tulip dose for about a week and it seems to...

    Prices droppin' again!

I'm taking it all with a grain of salt. It's a vendor test. These are easily manipulated to look good. Still, the price drop is interesting. I am looking forward to the CA 15mg tests and the stuff people bought. It's a great thing that vendors care about testing and there's competition. That's...

    Tirz boost - good idea?

I think it's smart to stay on a dose that works. No need to rush. I agree. I'd rather go slow and steady.

    Tirz boost - good idea?

Plotter I found this comparison useful for staggered dosing.

    This actually works?!

Isn't it wild? 😂 I started it for type 2 diabetes. The doc explained it, and I was like, whatever, I doubt I'll lose any weight. But it really helped with my diabetes AND weight loss! I dropped about 45 pounds in the first couple of months and have kept it off for a year now with no issues.

    Down 20lbs already!

I've been trying to incorporate more exercise since starting. I used to be pretty inconsistent, but now I'm finding that exercise makes the medication work even better. Anyone else get that?

    Planet Peptides Tirz... anyone tried?

Have you used any GLP-1 meds before? No matter when you feel like you've found 'the one,' start with a lower dose than recommended to reduce any potential issues. If you need to buy some more time, try a stimulant like phentermine. A regular doctor who specializes in weight loss can prescribe...

    Nausea on GLP-1s: what helps

Appreciate the thorough post. One thing I would emphasize from experience: deep into weight loss, glucose can run lower than you expect. I used a continuous monitor for a couple weeks and it explained a lot of my "mystery nausea" during training. A small hit of fast carbs before lifting...
