    Food noise creepin' back!

Kept my dose low and only went up when the hunger crept back. Spent most of my time at the same level - weeks of stability before moving. Dropped 77 pounds slow and steady, then came back down the same way. At my current maintenance dose the appetite's starting to whisper again so I'm holding here.

Real deal peps... where to find?

I agree with that That sounds very suspicious. If they can't process your order right away, probably best to look elsewhere.

Real deal peps... where to find?

IMO, "legit" peptides isn't the real issue here. Even if the peptides are exactly what they say they are, that doesn't guarantee they'll be safe or effective for you. Too much vitamin A can kill you, and that's 100% real vitamin A. There hasn't been extensive research into dosages or long-term...

    GLP-1s + weightlifting = 💪?

Okay, you've all convinced me! Time to dust off those dumbbells and get serious about weightlifting. Any tips for a newbie?

    GLP-1s + weightlifting = 💪?

Congratulations, you look amazing! You’ve really inspired me to start lifting more. I have some dumbbells at home, but I don’t use them as much as I should, even though I know I should be.

What helps you on your GLP-1 journey?

It's amazing what these meds can do. I've been on Ozempic for about 4 months now and have completely changed my diet. For breakfast I have a banana or a egg and salad sandwich and for dinner I eat a ham/chicken & salad wrap or chicken & veggie soup. I'm avoiding dairy/sugar and low fat foods. I...

What helps you on your GLP-1 journey?

I use a food scale, MyFitnessPal to track calories and weight, Shotsy app for my injections, and MapMyFitness to track my walks. My partner has also been a huge help, providing support with meal prep and keeping me motivated. He's also losing weight -- about 70-ish pounds so far!

    Weed, cravings, and GLP-1s

EDIT: THC, especially edibles, definitely overrides any appetite suppression from sema. You'll get the munchies, but I find that I get full faster. So, it's still an improvement.

    One year on the 'Jaro!

I was on the highest dose for about 4 months before backing down slightly to maintain. It's been a journey!

What helps you on your GLP-1 journey?

I mostly just use anti-diarrheal meds and antacids. LOL

    Weed, cravings, and GLP-1s

When I was using the injections, I had zero munchies, even when I smoked a ton.

    One year on the 'Jaro!

A year makes such a huge difference! Almost at my happy weight. Feb 13, '25 - Feb 13, '26, went from 230 lbs to 150 lbs. My life is completely different now. I can walk without a cane, I've lowered my pain meds, and I have tons more energy. Same watch in the photos – had to take out a couple...

    Almost there!

That's fascinating! I've seen some preliminary studies on that as well. It's still early days, but it could be a game-changer for some individuals. I saw another article about it here too: https://gwern.net/doc/longevity/semaglutide/2023-dandona.pdf

    Is fasting okay with GLP-1s?

You're using something that curbs hunger and slows digestion – just not eating isn't a long-term solution. You need fuel for energy. Now you should change your eating for the right fuel – food that helps you. Don't just starve. Eat food that benefits you. Your goal isn't starvation (your body...

    Is fasting okay with GLP-1s?

Fasting isn't necessarily bad for you. It's more about *how much* you're fasting. The main problem with losing weight fast is you might lose muscle. But exercise and getting enough protein can help offset that. I'm no doctor, but the risks of being seriously overweight outweigh any possible...
