    100 lbs gone - 2024 to now!

260 to 160 in 20 months on Zepbound is at the upper end of expected results and the minimal side effects over that window is what makes the consistency possible. Loss typically comes front-loaded in months 1-6, flattens in the middle stretch, and picks up again with dose adjustments - the shape...

    Tirz Setup: Last-Minute Check

Dark storage is standard for reconstituted peptides - the concern is UV degradation between doses.

    Peptides while on seizure meds?

The disclosure problem with grey peptides and seizure meds is real - a GP who doesn't know the full picture can't catch an interaction, and withholding makes the risk entirely yours. The absence epilepsy angle matters particularly because some compounds affect GABAergic signaling pathways that...

    Mounjaro stalled. Now what?

That's a great point! It could be that you're building muscle while losing fat, which can stall the scale even if you're still losing inches. Getting your body fat percentage checked could give you a better picture of what's going on.

    Mounjaro stalled. Now what?

Okay, long story incoming... I had gastric bypass way back in '94, and didn't lose much weight even eating tiny portions. Had a revision in '98, still didn't lose weight. Lap band in 2014, no weight loss. It got infected and ate through my stomach in 2015, and I had emergency surgery to create...

    GLP-1 Meds & Our TRT?

Part of a test group 2 weeks back and we sent vials to Jano labeled just as 'GLP1.' Shipped within the EU so no customs hassle. Few days later we got the mass and purity back as expected from a blind test. Peter from Jano even said people intentionally mislabel compounds to see if they can...

    Cheap GLP-1 but good?

It's in my stack but thinking of ditching it. Not seeing anything from it good or bad. Sent my vial out for testing and it was legit, just doesn't seem to do anything. Had something else in the past that definitely worked, maybe this one's just too mild for me.

    Holding the weight I lost!

down 70 lbs and i hate to admit this but i'm being judgmental now towards people my old size. there's this gut-level revulsion i didn't have before. spent years learning to love my body and now i've got this switch flipped. i don't want to be like this but it's happening.

Stalled? Tira bump or switch to Reta?

Two weeks isn't a real stall. Wait 4-6 weeks before changing anything. Your body might just be adjusting. Good luck!

    Mounjaro: a year later

are the anti-inflammatory effects as strong as tirzepatide? looking at trying a low dose on someone with connective tissue issues. no weight loss needed, just want them to feel better.

GLP-1s: More than just weight loss?

That Science Quickly episode's been sitting in my head. Tracing how it went from diabetes drug to weight loss phenomenon and all the chaos that came with that. Compounded versions everywhere now. Researchers finding angles nobody guessed at first. Really shows how fast the whole thing's shifted.

    Down 90+ Pounds!

Thinking about placing a first order but waiting days for responses and zero COAs posted for their products. Promos look good and they take crypto but I'm hesitant without any certificates. Had recent experience with them?

    Tirz prices droppin'?

saw someone on reddit shaming people for stockpiling while they're $20k in credit card debt. that hurt to think about. i'm sitting on ten years worth for around $2300 total, money i could afford to spend. can't imagine that kind of fear spending.

Low & slow wins the race?

Where'd they say what amount comes with the $349? Never saw them specify one vial or anything. Brello's usually a flat fee for 3 months even at max dose.

    GLP-1 meds: non-responders?

Plateaus are very common on these meds. Don't get discouraged if the scale stops moving for a while. Sometimes your body just needs time to adjust. Weight training and more protein and upping your dose might help.

    Suddenly craving EVERYTHING?!

Just took my first dose yesterday and I'm pumped. Down 102 lbs this year without meds (Vyvanse for binge stuff). Not chasing weight loss, just relief from fighting cravings and binges. Heard it kills the food noise — sounds like a dream. My brain's better but it's still tiring. Plus Vyvanse has...

    GLP-1 meds: non-responders?

Someone said a while back they didn’t lose anything until they got to like 15mg of tirz. I asked how they mixed it, and they didn't say. Could be off on the dose, or maybe they just respond low. Lots of things follow a normal curve. It's not a shock that some won't respond much or at all, and...

Hair falling out on Zepbound :(

Why not just push the tirzepatide dose higher first? Once you layer multiple GLP meds you're past what the research supports. Kidney stuff is worth an expert conversation if there's real function issues. Tirzepatide does help slow kidney decline though.

    GLP-1 meds: non-responders?

The link didn't work for me either. I doubt it says much I don't already know, though. Some people just don't feel much or eat past it. I bet in the future we'll see that people overeat for different reasons. Most overeat for reasons the two receptors tirz treats work on, but a few overeat for...

    Protein on GLP-1s?! Help!

Protein shakes are my favorite. Either pre-made ones (like Quest and Premier Protein) or made with powder and almond milk. But who's recommending 100g a day? I aim for 0.8g of protein per kg of body weight (or 1-1.2g per kg if you work out a lot).
