Congratulations! What's worked for me is limiting reductions to no more than 10% of your dose at once, then staying at that level for at least 4-6 weeks before dropping further. As you go lower, challenging foods and drinks become way more manageable. I still get a rough feeling after alcohol...

I'm not sure on the best source tbh. I found some in the US when I was searching for BAC. That peptide site has different sizes and colors for around $2 each, which might be more expensive than buying in bulk, but not too bad if you get free delivery. Watch out for dodgy payment processing...
