    Hit my goal, still losing?!

Staying on medication to keep the IBS under control makes a lot more sense than the scale number at this point.

    Feeling SO much better!

Sleep disruption from night dosing usually tracks with the absorption peak. Morning injection often resolves it.

    Face Gains?!

I'm aiming for the 'overweight' category too! I've been fighting this for so long, and being at a healthy weight for over a year feels surreal. It truly is a miracle!

    Face Gains?!

Ugh, so jealous! I've been on this stuff for almost a year, and I'm still struggling!

    Grey tops compound?

Grey market batch consistency varies more than compounded at the same dose - that's the potency gap some people report.

    Dose Day Eve Shenanigans!

I totally agree with NoShortcuts! The diminished cravings are HUGE. I feel like a normal person around food now. I actually went off my medication for a few weeks due to travel, and it was TERRIBLE!

    Dose Day Eve Shenanigans!

It's so true! I can look at pastries at work and think 'nah,' whereas I never could before.

This... is just awful. Does it get better?!

That's interesting... I hadn't connected the two, but you're right, I'm freezing all the time now. I'm going into my seventh week. I hope that doesn't last forever!

    Ozempic advice?

One thing nobody mentioned is digestive enzymes! They've been a game changer for me in terms of reducing any discomfort after meals.

This... is just awful. Does it get better?!

I had a similar experience with Brand X. It was a tough year, but I did see results (around 25lbs). I switched to Brand Y and it's been a much better experience. I had awful side effects with Brand X, but almost none with Brand Y. Something to think about. Good luck! 💕

    Dose Day Eve Shenanigans!

Wow, some people here seem overly serious. Glad my sense of humor is still intact even with this medication!

This... is just awful. Does it get better?!

I'm about 6 weeks into this journey at a dosage of 0.4 mg. I'm increasing gradually, but I feel terrible. My appetite is nonexistent, my energy levels are zero, and I'm constantly battling nausea. I'm diligent about hydrating, taking probiotics, and supplementing with magnesium. I also...

    Ozempic advice?

Make sure you're eating enough calories to fuel your body and brain. You might not see huge changes in the first month, and your appetite might not decrease dramatically right away. Be patient and consistent! Track your calories to stay in a reasonable deficit. The main thing is building...

Anyone else ditching bad habits on Oz?

I quit drinking entirely after starting. Didn't even try, just happened. Feel amazing!

Anyone else ditching bad habits on Oz?

That's incredible! Hopefully it helps more smokers kick the habit.

Anyone else ditching bad habits on Oz?

Started on the magic juice about a week ago (2 meters, 150kg) and I've barely touched cigs all week. Used to crush a pack every other day. Today I realized I don't even want one. Anyone else having positive side effects they weren't expecting?

    Look what I found!

I hear you on the clothing thing SlimDown_Sloane! I'm down about 25 lbs since starting and I've had to buy almost a whole new wardrobe! It's a good problem to have, though!

You should be incredibly proud; you look fantastic!

    Look what I found!

I totally get it. I've seen old photos and thought, 'How did I let myself get like that?' But then I remember how far I've come, and how much further I want to go. It's a process, no doubt. You're crushing it. Seriously. Keep going and be kind to yourself. ❤️
