    AS Help: Any Pep Recs?

Hey, fellow AS warrior here! I use a combo of Tirz/reta for dropping pounds and some anti-inflammatory effects, plus Klow, Glutathione, small doses of HGH, and a low-starch diet. Somewhere in all that, I've found almost complete relief from flare-ups and ongoing aches. One thing I'm avoiding if...

    Face slimming first, anyone?

16 lbs is a lot! It's not all coming from your face. Just give your body some time to adjust.

    Constant Tiredness on GLP-1's?

Honestly, creatine was the biggest help. Just one scoop daily, and I went from feeling like you do to actually being able to function. But I also really needed my ADHD meds. I wasn't taking them for a while because of insurance, but as soon as I got back on a good non-stimulant, I felt amazing...

Just started Oz... is this normal?

Your appetite will likely come back over time. You may also need to increase your dose periodically to keep that hunger at bay. Ozempic is a marathon, not a sprint. Be patient and enjoy the ride.

    Constant Tiredness on GLP-1's?

If you're constantly waking up tired, I would not immediately go for GLP-1 supplements. Being constantly tired at 30 could be sleep apnea, a lack of iron or B12, thyroid problems, low T, or just not sleeping well, even if you're in bed for long enough. Most “GLP-1 support” supplements are just...

    Ozempic and... ahem... *increased* libido?

About the alcohol thing... a friend said they had terrible diarrhea when drinking on sema. They thought it was the shot at first, but realized it was the booze!

Slow and steady wins the race?

I saw someone else lost almost 30 pounds in like a month and a half? Is that normal???

    Ozempic and... ahem... *increased* libido?

Seriously? My endo actually mentioned that as a possible thing to watch out for. I'm surprised people are downvoting you.

    Reta and explosive 💩?

Why do people love talking about poop so much? It seems like everywhere you go, there's always someone ready to tell you all the details about their bowel movements.

Ozempic pen carrier - cool or overkill?

Doesn't Ozempic need to be refrigerated? Unused pens should be refrigerated between 36 and 46°F. You'd probably also want a cooler like the 4AllFamily for travel.

Ozempic pen carrier - cool or overkill?

Thanks for sharing your design! My hubby is always looking for new things to print. This is great because I won’t have to worry about any leaks messing up the box and it'll be easier to spot in the fridge.

Retatrutide: Am I even saying it right??

That matches what others say. Not mimicking ketosis, triggers a chain that results in ketosis if the body's right. Actually glucagon can make ketones even if you're not technically in ketosis. Just don't know the details well enough to say for sure.

GLP-1: How long does it *really* last?

Not sure about switching protocol exactly, but curious - why didn't you give 7.5 more time? Did 5mg move the needle at all? Weight changes, how you felt? How long were you running it for?
