GLP-1: How long does it *really* last?

Before GLP-1s were popular, some shady peptide vendors pushed the idea that peptides were super fragile with short shelf lives to excuse poor quality. Now, everyone's worried about storage and degradation, falling for the same trick.

It's like tossing perfectly good food just because the expiration date says so.

I've been reading up on lyophilization, and honestly, I'm not too concerned about storage anymore. Post-reconstitution is different, but I saw one company was okay with a 6-month expiration when refrigerated.

To answer @Oz_Squad_Leader yes, they are used by people. Just do some research and make sure you order from a reputable source. If you search the forums, you can find some good recommendations.

I think it's worth pointing out that even with a high purity CoA, you can still have issues. I tried a peptide recently at a low dose and was fine. Increased it a bit and felt like I had the flu within 15 minutes. It wasn't fun. Be careful, even with "good" product.

Oh wow, that sounds scary! Thanks for sharing. I'll definitely proceed with caution.

Not sure about switching protocol exactly, but curious - why didn't you give 7.5 more time? Did 5mg move the needle at all? Weight changes, how you felt? How long were you running it for?

Having the same problem. Week four and this last week was rough. Waking almost every hour, only getting four hours before needing a nap to function. Someone on Reddit asked if it improves - they were also week five with terrible sleep. Few replied they had it but it stopped around week seven or eight. I'll push through. Hoping it clears by then so I can crash for twelve solid hours to recover.

Most people skip the final step with the filter on the vent needle. There are some workarounds: buying smaller doses so vials don't sit around as long, or letting the mixed solution sit overnight before using it.

First 0.25 dose last Monday. Fingers look slimmer - ring keeps sliding off. Hopped on the scale out of curiosity and lost 5 pounds already. Hoping this continues since I really need it.

NA Semax is worth testing for duration - the modified version holds the effect window noticeably longer for most people, though individual response varies enough that starting with a small quantity makes sense before committing.
