Ten months ago, in Sept '24, I started my journey, and this morning, I stepped on the scale to see I'd gotten rid of a hundred pounds! I'm not totally sure where I'm going with this, weight-wise, but I feel like I'm gonna make it. 5'9", went from 288 to 188. Woohoo! 🙌🏻
