Hey, that's amazing! I've had a similar experience, went from 220 to about 160. It's been a gradual thing for me, over maybe two years. I'm hoping to get to 135. Great to see someone else on the same track! :)
 
Great results! You look incredible! How tall are you? I'm really hoping my back looks like that soon.

I've been on sema for only a month and a half, and I've lost about 10 pounds. I still have 40 or 50 to go.
 
I'm celebrating a little victory myself. Just hit 70 pounds down since starting a year ago! Never thought I'd be sharing a shirtless pic, but here we are. Feels good!
 
I'm down about 40 pounds in 8 months! It's been slow but steady. Love how much better I feel. I've also noticed my smile never leaves my face these days! Thanks, everyone, for the support!
