    Down 60, feeling good!

Sixty pounds across two meds is a solid result - the stack clearly worked here.

    Down 60+ lbs!

108 lbs at 59 in 1.5 years is a strong result given how that age range typically responds.

Can I mix my CJC and Ipa?

Mixing CJC and Ipa in the same vial works fine. Pin before bed is the standard approach.

I can reach my feet again! 😃

That's great! But I gotta ask... who was clipping them before? 🧐

Just got my Sema! Any tips?

I haven't seen anything about that. Maybe they're confusing it with something else? Weight loss can actually make things look better, not worse.

    Zepbound making me ITCH!

Wow, thanks for all the input, guys! I didn't realize that allergic reactions could get worse over time. Sounds like I really need to push my doctor for a different med. I appreciate the reality check!

    Zepbound making me ITCH!

Hey all, I've been on Zepbound since Feb '24 and hit my goal! Doc lowered me back to 10mg. I've had the usual side effects, but also CRAZY itching all over. Ended up in the ER and they had no clue why I was so itchy, swore it wasn't the Zepbound. Allergist says I'm def allergic, but can stay on...

Dry eyes on Tirz? Anyone else?

I had it too. I switched to Reta two weeks ago, and it's much better for me now. For the first week, I still had Tirz in my system; this week, I have less. I still have it a little, but it's maybe 70% better.

Dry eyes on Tirz? Anyone else?

My doc just said I'm staring at screens too much. Most docs don't know about the side effects of these meds. I'm not sure if it's the Tirz directly. I've read about Regenex/RGN-259 (TB4). I'm using the Glow protocol. Maybe TB4 is helping, or my body got used to Tirz, but my eyes aren't dry anymore.

GLP-1s and Alcohol: What to Expect

This is such a solid write-up. That was 100% my experience on tirz. I used to have 2-4 beers most nights. Not blackout level, just routine. Around week 6 I realized I just… forgot to grab one. It wasn't discipline. It just didn't sound good. Question for you: do you think the effect sticks if...
