    GLP-1 Talk... Where Now?

I was also wondering that... I think it doesn't mean "only for research", so does it include things not approved?

    Tirz powder still good?

Some months I still manage to hit or blow past 5000 calories. I indulge on purpose now, which feels different than before - way easier to get back in control the next day.

Just FYI, it's the same situation here in Australia. :/ Only covered by our subsidized system if you have diabetes. :(

So, sounds like if you're rich, you get Ozempic. If not, just stay positive about your body. :/

7 Months on Mounjaro - Stall is OK!

I'm also worried about extra skin. I'm in my mid-60s, and I've heard it's harder for older skin to bounce back after weight loss. I'm thinking about incorporating collagen supplements and maybe some targeted exercises to help with that. Has anyone had success with those?

Down 100+ lbs - Body Image Changes!

One year on GLP-1s: My story

Wow, just amazing. No offense, but you looked like you were carrying more weight in your before picture. Your success is really something. If you haven't, try adding some weight lifting! Squats or trap bar deadlifts would work wonders and challenge most of your body. Include some rows and...

    Glycine: Good for blood sugar?

Wow, Sunny_Cookie390, that's amazing! My A1c is still kinda high even with diet changes. Maybe I should ask my doc about GLP-1 meds too. I'd love to lose some weight, too. It's encouraging to hear it's working for you.

I'm starting Tirz next week for insulin resistance. I'm kinda nervous. My doc suggested it. I didnt even ask! A friend gave me a judgy look when I told her. Is that weird?
