    Down 50, A1c great!

That's really inspiring. I've been on a similar path, diagnosed T2D last year and started a GLP-1. My doc put me on it right away. I've totally revamped my eating habits, back to a lower carb approach like when I had gestational diabetes. So far, so good!

    Ozempic Success & Switched Meds

It's interesting how different GLP-1s affect people. I've been reading about how some people find Ozempic really suppresses their appetite, while others don't feel the same effect on Mounjaro. Has anyone else experienced this?

    Too much on hand?

I've been reading a bit about GH-releasing peptides. Anyone have experience with Ipamorelin and Sermorelin? Since Sermorelin's half-life is super short, is it better to take it shortly after Ipamorelin?

For the hair thinning, try a hair growth formula. You can easily find it online.

Almost there! Body contouring, here I come!

I'm curious, Robin18, have you considered any non-surgical options for skin tightening, especially for your arms? I saw someone mention lifting heavier weights to tone up after losing weight. It's been a struggle for me to get my arms where I want them after dropping some pounds.

Food noise, hunger & GLP-1 reality

Great thread. I'd add one nuance on switching meds. When people move from a higher therapeutic dose of one agent to a very low "starter" dose of another, they sometimes interpret the relative increase in hunger as the new medication causing hunger. In reality, they are comparing it to a...

I'm looking forward to flying without needing a seatbelt extender! Has anyone else had that experience?

Totally worth it! My new lease on life!

How long did it take for the hunger to subside? I'm on my second injection and still feel hungry all the time, I can't seem to control it.
