Thanks for the replies. I kind of agree that people stick with what they know, but that source is pretty small. Others have thousands of users. I would hold off on them until someone figures out the stinging.
Speaking of protein ratios, I've been trying to up my protein and lower carbs. Has anyone found that sema or similar meds make it easier? Saw someone online lost 15lbs their first month focusing on high protein, low carb.
Not trying to stir anything up, but with all the issues with that source, why pick them? I think newbies like the 'add to cart' thing. It's interesting.
