Okay, I know these are super basic, but my brain is just mush after reading so many posts. I'm probably gonna try getting some L30. The whole mixing thing is freaking me out. With L30, is each vial 30mg, or is that the total for all the vials? How much sterile water do I even add? I'm planning on doing 5mg weekly, for about a month or two, so each vial would last me for around a month and a half? What's a good place to get the sterile water? Thanks for being patient!

You'll get a kit - like 10 vials. The number after the 'L' is the amount (in mg) in each vial. So L30 means you're getting 10 vials of tirzepatide, 30mg each. Make sure that's the right amount for you, especially if you're starting at a lower dose. Vials are best used within 28 days of mixing. Use a calculator to figure out how many doses you can get from a vial at your dosage, here is one: https://peptidecalc.com/

There are calculators to figure out how much sterile water to add. You need to know your dose per injection, and the total amount in the vial, then adjust the sterile water. People usually add 1ml to 3ml to these vials.

Lots of places carry bacteriostatic water. Check the forums; many medical supply sites sell it. Make sure to get the right kind (bacteriostatic, NOT sterile or reconstitution water).

Yes, 30 = 30mg. At 5mg/dose, you'd get six doses from one vial, so just over a month.

How much water to add is your call. Adding 1.5mL would give you a concentration of 20 mg/mL, and a 5mg dose would be .25mL (25 units). Just double check: 1.5mL total / .25 mL per dose = 6 doses.

Help us help you! What dose are you on now, and for how long? Are you using brand name pens, compounded stuff, or something else? Do you want to increase the dose?

Not trying to stir anything up, but with all the issues with that source, why pick them? I think newbies like the 'add to cart' thing. It's interesting.

I agree with Vial_Tracker, it's probably because of the site layout. Add to cart, use a card, and it gets there fast. Not the cheapest, but cheaper than domestic. It's the ultimate newbie site. I've used them before.

I wouldn't say they are the 'most recommended'. They are just easy to order from, and that ease might be making people think they are superior. I'm using one of their blends currently and I'm happy so far, but I wish I had waited for some better discounts that popped up later. For your water question, others have answered it well, but I like to add 1.2ml to my 30mg vials. Each 10 units is then equal to 2.5mg of tirz, making dose adjustments simple.

Thanks for the replies. I kind of agree that people stick with what they know, but that source is pretty small. Others have thousands of users. I would hold off on them until someone figures out the stinging.

I kinda figured. Life's too short for that garbage! Glad there are more 'normal' places like this forum for actual helpful info and support.
