    Mounjaro stopped my hot flashes?

Getting hormone levels checked is the right move. Estrogen shifts with fat mass, so both can change at once. Hot flashes that early are worth investigating separately.

    Zepbound single-dose vials?

Single dose is the cleaner option - no measurement, no multi-use handling risk. The cost-per-unit is higher but most people find the simplicity worth it.

Sticking with .25 or moving up to .5?

The slow titration advice is correct. Most GI side effects are escalation effects. Plenty of people do jump and are fine though.

Wow, almost a year on the magic juice!

That's awesome! Did you change anything else, like diet or exercise?

Wow, almost a year on the magic juice!

Almost a year is a long time to commit when it's that tough. Good to see somebody being honest about the challenges rather than saying it was all sunshine and rainbows.

That's a cool way to visualize that!

    GLP-1 panic?

I don't know if we're allowed to say names but one famous peptide seller just announced they're stopping sales of GLP-1s because of the rules set for December 31st. They're interpreting the rules to mean it's illegal to sell them, so it's not worth the risk for them. Expect new people here soon.

    GLP-1 panic?

Since these items last when stored cool, buying ahead can be a smart move. I tend to buy when I see a deal that isn't too complicated. I'm actually more worried about how a certain oil situation could affect our relations with certain countries, potentially messing up our access to products...

    One year down, feeling good!

I wish I had the energy to workout. I'm like, 2 months in and the nausea is killing me. I've tried everything. I might have to quit because I can't even enjoy my hobbies.

    One year down, feeling good!

Wow! How old are you? I'm asking because I look a lot like your before pic, and I'm worried about having saggy skin after I lose the weight :(

    Hit my goal BMI!

I was worried about loose skin so I started doing some weight training and that seems to be helping! No stretch marks have gone away completely, but they're definitely less noticeable now.

    Hit my goal BMI!

Officially down 41 pounds! I'm getting closer to my final target weight, but I'm super happy where I'm at now. It took me like, 9 months to get here, a bit slower than some others I've seen, but I'll take it! Seeing that first picture really showed me how much I needed to make a change. I'm...

    Down 76lbs! Finally under 200!

It's definitely still possible to lose weight even if you can't work out a ton! Lots of people have success just focusing on the diet side of things. Good luck!

    Down 76lbs! Finally under 200!

That's a tough one! It's still... a work in progress, lol. I'm hoping it'll improve more as I get closer to my goal weight. I've been using a firming lotion, but I'm not sure how much of a difference it's making!

    Down 76lbs! Finally under 200!

Been taking semaglutide since March '24 and I'm finally in the double digits! Haven't weighed less than 200lbs in a decade. I'm 5'8" and started at 275. My hoodies were SNUG. I was squeezing into a size 20-22 in pants and a 2x-3x in tops. Now I'm rocking size 14 jeans and a large shirt. It was a...

Feeling good in my clothes again!

Yep, you gotta work out and get enough protein! You lose muscle when you lose weight, so you need to build it back up. Otherwise, you'll just look skinny-fat.

Why not just lipo visceral fat?

Energy levels are kinda up and down with or without semaglutide. Seems like people blame every feeling on the shot lol.
