Crazy to think it's been nearly a year of injections! The initial period, like half a year, was super rough - mostly nausea and feeling awful. Took some time to realize listening to my body is essential, haha. Truly a game-changer! 💜

I think pharmacies and maybe fire departments usually take those when they're full, as long as you tape them up good.
 
Interesting idea for the used needles. How did you lose the weight? Just calorie reduction, or are you also working out?
 
Good call, wish I had considered doing that! I'd have nearly the same quantity after almost 11 months. Congrats to you!!
 
Almost a year is a long time to commit when it's that tough. Good to see somebody being honest about the challenges rather than saying it was all sunshine and rainbows.

Thanks for the honesty! I'm only a couple months in and feeling discouraged by the side effects. Knowing it can still work even with feeling cruddy is helpful.

Totally get it, it's not easy! I almost quit a bunch of times. Stick with it, adjust your dose if needed, and find what works for YOU. It's worth it!
