    GHK-Cu: PBS vs. BAC water?

Diluting to 5ml+ cuts the sting significantly for most people - the concentration drops enough that injection comfort improves without affecting the dose. The KPV add is a nice stack with GHK.

I can reach my feet again! 😃

The walking gait adjustment as legs slim down is one of those changes nobody warns you about - the body mechanics that felt automatic for years stop making sense, and relearning something as basic as stride spacing is genuinely disorienting for a few weeks.

    Hubby's losing weight WITH me?!

Dropping two bottles of wine weekly is a significant calorie reduction on its own - whether the GLP-1 or the alcohol cut is driving the loss, both are probably running at the same time.

    GLP-1s and Food Waste? Tips?

The freezer is the best, and make just one burger, not two, and bean soup or chili are all great to freeze.

    GLP-1s and Food Waste? Tips?

The funniest thing for me is watching bags of chips go stale in my pantry. I used to always eat a lot of chips, usually the healthier kind. But now I almost never want them. I might eat a couple of chips and then not touch the bag again for a week. Before, the bag would be gone in just a few days!

    Leftover doses - anyone else?

The starter pen is supposed to have four doses of 0.25 mg and two doses of 0.5 mg. Which is why it comes with six needles.

    Why isn't Lilly hyping Reta?

I'm always fascinated by the decision-making processes within big pharma. It's probably a chaotic mess of 'experts' trying to outsmart each other, with major decisions ultimately decided by a coin flip, lol.

    Why isn't Lilly hyping Reta?

I think a lot depends on how patent law plays out. Maximizing the exclusivity window is crucial, so I'm sure they have teams of analysts crunching numbers to determine the optimal timing for every action. Novo's progression from liraglutide to semaglutide and Lilly's dulaglutide to tirzepatide...

    Why isn't Lilly hyping Reta?

Exactly this. In my opinion, they are going to intentionally delay retatrutide's market release to squeeze every last penny out of tirzepatide. As soon as retatrutide gets FDA approval and hits the market, everyone will want the newest, shiniest thing, and demand for name-brand tirzepatide will...

    Why isn't Lilly hyping Reta?

And honestly, I'm glad they aren't pushing it too hard. It benefits us in the long run, I think.

    Zepbound making me ITCH!

Google 'ketosis rash'! I just read about it. I had itchy, hive-like bumps on my torso around week 4 of Tirz. The dermatologist wasn't sure, but gave me prednisone for 2 weeks. The rash vanished, and my joints felt amazing! But I didn't taper off the prednisone properly. I would recommend talking...
