    Sema, wine and emotional needs?

I was a huge fan of dry white wine (basically a high-functioning alcoholic, lol). White wine has tons of sugar, but I adore the flavor. Semaglutide has been a miracle for my craving for alcohol and my emotional need for sugary treats. I've been making jokes about my double chin my whole life and...

Questionable quality on my latest order?

I did some reading after seeing some concerns here. Someone on another board mentioned having a really bad reaction to a peptide, even at a tiny dose. They thought it might have been contaminated, even though the lab tests looked good. Scary stuff.

Tirzepatide: First Month & Source Q's

Congrats on your progress so far! I'm starting to get back into shape myself. I started at around 210 with an A1c of 7.4. Now I'm around 175 with an A1c of 5.2. I have been using a 5mg dose and don't intend on increasing the dosage.

Tirzepatide: First Month & Source Q's

I haven't ever heard that brand name. Like you stated, a lot of shops are constantly launching. A few others have been around longer and have a strong reputation for domestic distribution. I've placed an order with one of those reputable companies and I was satisfied. It provided me time to...

    Under 200! Feels good!

Congrats! I know the feeling. I hit that milestone yesterday after a stall that lasted weeks. I also started in January, so it feels amazing to finally see the scale move again. About 95 pounds down, with another 55 to go!

Wegovy & the Illusion of Choice?

A zillion percent. Wegovy has freed me from feeling ashamed and disgusted about not being able to "just stop eating." I hate that phrase, it's so condescending. Wegovy has also made me annoyed at people who can maintain their weight without trying and act smug about it. It’s not a virtue that...

Wegovy & the Illusion of Choice?

I think the really important thing about these drugs is that they show us that being overweight isn’t about being a bad person, or just being unmotivated or greedy. It’s a problem with a complex system of hormones inside us. That’s huge! We don’t need to be "better" and feel bad that we aren’t...
