Tirz + travel — anyone shifted shot day for time zones?

Heading to Europe for two weeks next month and trying to figure out the shot timing. My current routine is Saturday morning at home, but with a 7-hour zone change I'm not sure whether to stay on home-time, shift gradually, or just take the shot on local Saturday wherever I land. Worried about...

Reta anxiety - talk me off a ledge?

Reta anxiety is real and you're definitely not alone in it. It settles down once you see what the side effects actually are for you personally. The unknown is the scariest part.

Sometimes no one says anything and you're still winning. The T2D control piece is huge - way bigger than a number on the scale. Keep going.

you're not at therapeutic dose yet, give it time. yeah, you'll still crave sweets — they're easy to digest so your brain tricks you. I'm over here snacking chocolate raisins after a salad for lunch. all the best on your journey!

    Vial sourcing nightmare!

I test mine with pH strips, always lands at 5.75 which is right. Never had issues reconstituting with my own water. No bacteria growth even after 7+ weeks and pulling out 7-8 times. works fine for me.

    6 Months On Tirzepatide!

I've read that as well, ScaleSlayer88. It seems the body adapts, requiring a higher dosage to maintain the initial response. The goal is always to use the lowest effective dose, though.

    Dose Day Eve Shenanigans!

That's me, but with beef. I can barely eat beef on this, but the day or two before my shot, I'm making up for it.

    GLP-1s and inflammation?

I have rheumatoid arthritis and a history of ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s. I was taking a biologic for the joint pain, and it helped some, but not completely. Now that I'm on this medication, the remaining joint discomfort is totally gone. My inflammation levels in my bloodwork are also lower.

    Doc says I'm done losing?!

I agree, it's a common issue after significant weight loss. Building muscle underneath can definitely help improve the appearance, but sometimes surgery is the only real option for significant excess skin. It really depends on your age and skin elasticity.
