    Reta working *too* well?

The varying reviews on Reta mostly split by dose sensitivity and protein intake - the baseline experience is pretty consistent once you control for those.

    Retatrutide: Anyone else tried it?

Reta's triple agonist profile - GLP-1, GIP, and glucagon - is what separates it from tirz and sema. The glucagon component adds fat oxidation at rest beyond what dual agonists deliver. The weight loss ceiling reflects that.

    See any difference?

One week is still the loading window - most see appetite change at weeks 2-4 on Mounjaro, visual difference takes longer. 30 lbs in 4 months is the other side of that window.

    My health journey: feeling proud!

my diet's pretty much the same every day - only swap the soup flavor. wake, 3 hour fast, then chicken thighs and eggs and veggies for breakfast cooked no oil. snack 3 hours later with berries and yogurt. another soup meal 3 hours after that. legs are less puffy, losing weight, able to do more.

Major congrats on hitting the halfway mark! I'm also on this journey, started around July last year. It's been pretty consistent, and I'm exercising regularly too. Feeling great! Keep up the amazing work everyone!

    Halfway There! Woot!

Hey everyone on the peptide path! Just a reminder: Let's keep our talk about the good stuff that's been given the thumbs-up by the big guys. And no back-alley deals, please! If someone slides into your DMs with something that smells fishy, don't bite. We don't vouch for 'em here. New to this...

Ozempic kicking my butt - help!

I've been sleeping/napping a lot since I started the medication, and I've been on 0.5 for 3 months now. I get headaches a few times a week. It's also been hard to eat or keep food down, but I've recently found some foods that work for me, like fresh fruit, kefir smoothies, plain toast, eggs, and...

Ozempic kicking my butt - help!

When I first started on .25 I felt kinda "off" for a few days, for sure. Mostly tired, slightly spacey, and some queasiness. Starting someone on .50 seems a bit much from a doctor who should know better.

    Leftover doses - anyone else?

Yep! I use every last drop. If there isn't enough for a shot, I combine it from the old and new pens. Make sure you have extra needles!

    Down 70lbs - now what?

115 is way too skinny. You'll look like a stick. I'm on a 2-year fitness thing and dropped from 203 to 151, and I'm 5'7". I get compliments all the time now. My goal is 145. I was thinner in my 20s, but I want something doable now that I'm older.

Can I mix my CJC and Ipa?

I've read about guys using it for muscle growth, sleep and to reduce belly fat. Some say they get results pretty quickly.

    Mounjaro > Ozempic?

I just started Ozempic alongside my Metformin. Did some research before asking my doctor. Just sharing my experience, not giving medical advice, of course. Day one was fine. Day two, my appetite wasn't any different, but I could only eat half a salad for breakfast. By lunch, I had a little...
