    Low dose success!

Low dose for LDL reduction is a reasonable secondary goal - the lipid benefit tends to appear early and doesn't require maximum dosing.

    BPC/TB Blend or Separate?

For joint vs gut the split matters - TB-500 handles most joint work, so separates give more control. BPC alone covers the gut side well with less injection frequency than blend protocols require.

    See any difference?

30 lbs in 4 months is visible to everyone except the person in the mirror. Body dysmorphia makes the before-and-after gap look smaller from the inside.

Before & After on GLP-1s: What to Expect

Solid post. I'll add something for the guys chasing 10-12% body fat. When you're already in the mid-teens, the last few % are way more about training and consistency than meds. I stayed on the same dose for months and focused on progressive overload and steps. That's when abs started showing...

    Peps for High BP?

If you haven't bought it already, look into Mod GRF 1-29 (CJC-1295 no DAC) plus Ipamorelin separately instead of the sermorelin blend. It has a shorter half-life, which might work better for you.

    Peps for High BP?

I personally didn't notice any benefit from sermorelin. It was also too expensive for my taste, and I didn't care for injecting it. I actually started a thread about the cost.

    GLP-1s: Face and Skin changes?

I've seen some shrunken human heads. The Indians had to take out the skulls before shrinking the heads.

    GLP-1s: Face and Skin changes?

No one's skull is shrinking, dude. Bone density change doesn't change bone size.

    GLP-1s: Face and Skin changes?

I'm getting less acne. Is this because of diet changes, or is it because of menopause (I'm 53)? I don't know, but I'm happy about it. I started with 2 months of real Wegovy from the pharmacy at 0.25mg per week. I switched to research stuff and am currently at 1mg per week.

    GLP-1s: Face and Skin changes?

Has anyone noticed any differences in their face or skin while using GLP-1 receptor agonists like semaglutide or similar meds? I've heard some whispers, and I'm curious if it's a common thing when on Wegovy. If you're a doctor or have worked with people on these drugs, have you seen things like...

Hit 100lbs lost - Now what?

That's a valid concern VegasVolcano. Maintenance is definitely the hardest part. I've been off for a few months now, and it's a constant battle to not slip back into old habits.
