    First shot jitters - tips?

Thankfully, I mill my own wheat and so I'm good on fiber. A couple days of commercial products is enough to make me regret it. So definitely want to avoid that while on the med 😬😅. I'm worried about protein intake, but trying to figure it out. Sensory issues make it hard if it's not my usual...

    First shot jitters - tips?

Ok so I know my dosage (small 1.25mg), how to mix it, and the logistics of starting… but how do I prep my system? What to consume or not consume? When do the electrolytes come in - today or tomorrow? Any different routines on injection day? Also, planning an evening injection, how long...

Anyone else stop drinking on Ozempic?

For someone who spent 50-60 years jumping from diet to diet the reduction in food chatter makes all the difference for mental health. I stopped beating myself up constantly multiple times daily. From day one things shifted better decisions on food alcohol shopping all of it. I'm way less...

Low T dose + GLP's: good or bad?

I just caught it - he said 1 mg taken every single day. That basically gives him a steady level around what you'd see from an 8 mg shot per week. Still, low dose could definitely be holding him back.

    Sketchy BAC water?

I've been reading some stuff about using acetic acid solution instead of BAC water for peptides, especially for IGF peptides. Apparently, it can extend the shelf life quite a bit. Has anyone had experience with this?

    Tirzepatide looking a bit off...

I remember reading in some documents that a slight yellow tint can be normal, but I can't find it now.

    Tirzepatide noob - help w/mixing?

Thanks, all, for the storage tips! I wasn't sure if unmixed peptides needed refrigeration. Now I know!

    Tirzepatide noob - help w/mixing?

It truly doesn't matter how much water is added. It's like asking how much water do you drink with pills - whatever works for you! Start with the vial's content (10mg). Since you dose 2.5mg, it contains four 2.5mg doses (10/2.5=4). Pick an amount divisible by 4. Mix with 1ml (100 units), then...

    Tirzepatide noob - help w/mixing?

I'm clear on the 10mg part. My question is, specifically, how much BAC water should I add to the vial?

    Tirzepatide noob - help w/mixing?

Hey all - complete peptide newbie here. I have a 10mg vial of Tirzepatide (lyophilized), BAC water, and insulin syringes (0.5ml, 100U). I'm aiming for 2.5mg twice a week. How much BAC water do I add to the vial, and how much do I draw each time? Also, should I get a bigger syringe?

Gloves aren't 100% needed if your hands are clean. They are better to have though. Smaller needles are better for sealing the vial. But filtering might be tougher.

Tirz plateau - what should RS do next?

I never went higher than 5mg on tirz. I started stacking with retatrutide when the cravings resurfaced around day 5. I then switched to retatrutide entirely and it's been fantastic. I have unused tirz in the freezer for maintenance if I ever need it. If you haven't had any adverse effects with...
