I literally just stopped Tirz and switched to Reta. But I was only on a tiny dose of tirz (2.5 mg) so the transition was really easy. And I'd only been on Tirz alone for less than 60 days.

I've experimented with that combo a few times. But Reta is honestly so effective by itself that stacking it isn't usually necessary. Some people do stack Tirz with Cagri or Survo or Sema though.
