    Maintenance dose strategies?

180 to 120 at goal - the maintenance conversation is about finding the minimum effective dose that holds the result, which varies per person but is usually 1-2 steps below the peak dose you were on.

Zepbound - strongest effects right after injecting?

Holding for 10 seconds is the floor - 15 is safer, especially once the dose volume goes up and you want to make sure nothing leaks back out.

Starting sema - will 0.25 do anything?

0.25mg is the GI calibration step, not the therapeutic dose - most people don't notice much effect there. The real appetite suppression starts at 0.5mg and beyond. Four weeks at 0.25 before stepping up is the standard ramp.

    Losing Coverage for GLP-1s?!

My insurance won't cover it, so I'm using a health savings account to pay for the compounded version. I'm curious what others are paying!

    Losing Coverage for GLP-1s?!

A lot of insurance providers will only cover them if you're a diabetic or prediabetic.

    Ozempic price wars?

Interesting! I have noticed edibles take longer to kick in, but I still get the munchies. But I don't eat as much, thankfully.

    GLP-1 patches finally happening?

I saw someone on reddit saying that generic GLP-1 production could cost as little as $3 a month! That's wild. Even if it ends up being, like, $400 a month at the pharmacy, it's still a huge improvement.

    GLP-1 patches finally happening?

Maybe you're thinking of micro spicules, added to creams for micro needling effect. These creams can contain exosomes or growth factors. Microneedles aren't the same as exosomes though.

Tirz isn't working for me... help?

Wanted to add to this conversation that if you were losing weight on a lower dose and have since stalled it may be worth trying to go back down to that dose. Sometimes the body can react to higher doses by holding weight.
