I stalled at 10 mg of tirzepatide and had unbearable side effects, so I switched. I'm in week 2 at 3 mg, and my weight is finally decreasing again. But everyone is different. I read that some people need to go as high as 6-8 mg weekly when switching from another GLP-1.

Hi! Another Dane here. 🙂 Since you've used a GLP-1 before, you might need higher doses before seeing effects. I'm combining tirzepatide and retatrutide and lowering tirzepatide while increasing retatrutide.
