Almost there! Need a boost!

I've waved goodbye to 52kg, which is like, a whole person! Still got 9kg to go, but it's getting tough to stay motivated. I've gone from a size 26 to a 16! My ultimate goal is a size 14. I've been on 10mg for about 5 months, and just bumped it up to 12.5mg hoping it'll help me reach the finish line. Any tips to share? It's harder to stay focused when I'm so close!

Amazing! You've done so well. Keep in mind you didn't gain the weight overnight, so getting rid of it takes time too. It took me a year to get rid of 90 pounds, then another 6 months for about 20! The tail end is always slow. Just take each day as it comes. Remember all you've achieved. Little wins are key.

Such an awesome change! You def found the fountain of youth. Keep drinking loads of water, eat protein, stay active! The pounds will come off if you stay consistent. A stall for a week or two is normal. This is forever, so just live your new healthy awesome lifestyle!

It's SO not all about those last few pounds! I kinda stalled near the very end, like 5-7kg from my goal. Super frustrating, but then my bra was suddenly too big. It was inches, not pounds! It just happened gradually. Even though my pants stayed the same, my upper body got smaller.

Finding it hard to stay motivated' and wanting to drop one more dress size are the two hurdles you mentioned.
Start strength training! It always shifts my mindset within weeks. The focus becomes strength, and that builds confidence. You WILL fit a size 14 or smaller in time. Meanwhile, just keep losing slowly. Accept the kind words and focus on other things while you lose. There are tons of ideas online!

You've lost a whole person and a decade, honey! My tip? If you aren't already, up the exercise and track every calorie. Try a super low calorie diet with tons of cardio and weights. That oughta shift those last 19lbs.

I saw a reminder on Reddit about being mindful of portion sizes. Someone posted a picture to remind themselves how little food they need to feel full now. We don't need to eat the whole plate anymore! It's so true, I get bloated if I eat 'normal' portions now.

For portion control, try using a smaller plate. Like a salad plate instead of a dinner plate. Tell yourself you can always get seconds, but try a smaller amount first. It can help!

Hey Skyler - Are you using every drop from those pens? There's often some left over after the last dose! Someone on Reddit was talking about it. You can buy extra needles and get another dose or even combine leftovers from different pens! Might save you some money!
