    GLP-1 face: anyone else?

Hey everyone, I'm a little bummed to report that I'm noticing some thinning up top lately. I've seen amazing transformations from people using injectable peptides but I was hoping to get some advice from those of you who've used topical stuff for hair stuff. What kind of results have you seen...

Hit a HUGE goal! (10yr struggle)

I understand the bittersweet feeling of looking back at old photos. Seeing how much weight I carried for so long can be tough. I'm 59 now, finally at my goal weight after losing ~75 pounds. It's never too late to prioritize your health. Like someone said on Reddit, I'm treating myself with...

    GLP-1s: Overeating vs. "Food Noise"

I had anhedonia (I thought it was just fatigue) for the first 2-3 days after my weekly shot for the first two months of starting Reta. I split the dose to 2x a week, one larger and one smaller, but still felt blah. This last week, I had zero blahs and lots of energy and motivation. I'm just a...

    GLP-1s: Overeating vs. "Food Noise"

I don't care if "food noise" is trendy or overused; it's real, and I didn't know I had it. I can't believe how much time I spent planning what and when I'd eat, then wanting more or planning the next snack half an hour later (even if I didn't need it!). I think about it like it happened to...

    Good GHK-cu powder source?

For what it's worth, I've heard good things about one company, but they're definitely on the more expensive side. I've never had a problem, though.

    GLP-1s: Overeating vs. "Food Noise"

Before tirz, I'd jump at any chance for a feast. Now, I don't crave more once I'm content. I know I'm there when food loses its appeal. And alcohol? I rarely want it. It doesn't taste good or feel like it used to – and I used to enjoy it a lot. "Food noise" was different for me. I constantly...

    Good GHK-cu powder source?

I found some mentioned in a private group, Vanity Chat. Hopefully it's ok to mention that.

    Ozempic: dosing, sides, costs, reality

Appreciate you saying sema is still legit. I feel like everyone online acts like if you’re not on the newest triple agonist you’re behind. I’ve been on 1 mg for maintenance after losing about 60 lbs over a year. Slow and steady. Minimal sides once I got past month one. Not switching because it...

    Hit my interim goal!

Fantastic! If you don't mind sharing, what was your starting weight? I'm a similar height (around 5'5") and my current weight is around 220lbs/ 15st 8lb My starting weight on Mounjaro was 215lbs but I stopped taking it in April because of some nasty side effects. I'll probably try again in 6...

GLP-1s losing steam after a while?

I heard a doctor on a podcast talking about cycling semaglutide. He said the most weight loss usually happens in the first 3 months. He didn't understand why people would titrate up to the highest dose and stay there forever. The doctor had his patients do 3 months on a semaglutide and 2 months...

GLP-1s losing steam after a while?

This is exactly what I've been trying to find out. Nearing the two-year mark, and I'm seeing a significant drop in effectiveness. My doctor's put me on something else to kinda counteract the hunger coming back. I've tried asking about what happens long-term when these things aren't a "forever...

    Hitting Goals!

I'm kinda curious to know about your routine On_Deck. I'm four months in, concentrating on what I eat. I've made some progress, but I need to add a gym routine. Did you lift weights, or start with cardio?

    Down 85 in 7 months!

It's awesome to see people improving their health! I've been overweight my whole life, even when I was in the military. I was around 230 lbs, but still passed the tape test. I'm down to 250 from 297 now!
