    Can't 💩 on Sema? SOS!

Fruit is counterproductive for protein but it's not permanent - eggs and Greek yogurt tend to be the tolerant starting point when meat and nuts aren't working.

First Ozempic dose - I'm stoked!

The 4-week peak timing is worth knowing upfront - the first dose will feel like very little, and that's expected. The suppression builds gradually and the full effect usually shows somewhere in weeks 4-6.

    9 months on GLP-1 - my journey!

That's the best thing! Using your own progress for inspo. Also, for anyone who's lost a substantial amt of weight, remember that every pound you shed takes about 4 pounds of pressure off your knees. You're doing your joints a HUGE favor!

    Down 70lbs - now what?

You should definitely think about maintenance. You've passed your initial goal by a lot. I don't know what you do daily, but building some muscle would be great for you. You might even gain a few pounds while doing it, but it'll be worth it.

    Scale isn't budging. Ugh!

I think stalls are your body regrouping before another drop! You're looking fantastic! Keep going! I recently had a stall myself. Was extra annoying since my insurance stopped covering it, so I had to go to a lower dose (expensive stuff here in Canada!). Plus, I hurt my knee, which limited my...

    Ozempic scars?

I haven't noticed excessive hair loss, but I've read that it can happen. Maybe try a biotin supplement? I'd check with your doctor, just in case.
