    Ozempic scars?

    Haha, battle scars indeed!

    Ozempic scars?

It's a weird feeling, celebrating the results but also dealing with new challenges. I can't inject into my stomach anymore; I've lost 90+ lbs, which I never thought would happen after two decades of weight fluctuations. The loose skin is what I expected, but I didn't realize it would make...

    Anyone tried AOD-9604?

IF-warrior, I've seen that too. Some people online mention BPC-157 potentially affecting dopamine and causing mood issues. It's not a super well-researched area in humans, though.

    Anyone tried AOD-9604?

The effects are minimal at best, definitely not worth the expense. It's generally considered to only be effective when used in combination with a GLP-1 agonist. There are far better things to add to a GLP-1 than AOD to enhance results. However, I'm not judging anyone who finds it beneficial...

Pics - Can you see the difference?

I wish I had your experience! The energy drain was too much for me. I'm glad it's working well for you, though.

Pics - Can you see the difference?

So happy for you. I managed to drop 23 pounds recently, about 12 in 8 weeks using similar meds. I had to stop, though, since I felt totally drained. I've never felt better. When I restarted eating well and exercising regularly, the weight kept falling off. I just wish I'd had the energy while...

    Nearly 75lbs gone! So happy!

Congratulations, truly amazing. I'm starting to see some similar changes myself. For those just starting out, remember to be patient and trust the process. It takes time and consistency!

Working out on GLP-1s: what to expect

This. When people drop carbs unintentionally on these meds, muscle glycogen falls quickly. Glycogen is stored with water, so you also lose intracellular water, which contributes to that "deflated" look and feeling. For anyone doing higher volume hypertrophy work, strategic carbohydrate timing...

Year off meds, still seeing gains 💪

I agree it's a lifelong thing. I've been reading that people who go off these meds often need to go back on. I'm trying to avoid that by focusing on exercise and diet now. Has anyone else experienced needing a second round on sema or tirz?

Year off meds, still seeing gains 💪

I needed to see this today. I'm on MJ right now, doing well (down about 35 lbs since late summer), but I'm worried about life after. I'm focusing on sustainable lifestyle adjustments that fit my life, so hopefully, I can maintain my progress. Thanks for sharing! 🤗

Holy cow, 60 lbs in 3 months?!

I'm telling you, the non-scale victories are the best. Seeing your face change, fitting into smaller clothes... that's what keeps me motivated!

    Clothing sizes...shrunk!

I have to admit, one of the best things about losing weight has been the clothes. It's actually fun to shop now, instead of a chore. I had to make room in my closet because I'm buying so much!

Tired after upping Tirz dose - anyone else?

Maybe the exhaustion is from eating way less food now?

    Big vial worries?

Me too! I graduated CST but quickly learned you need a license to be respected in medicine. So, five months later, I was doing the LPN thing.

    Big vial worries?

Just use alcohol wipes on the vial before *and* after you draw with your syringe.
