    Down 90+ Pounds!

I'm curious Ozzy84, did you notice the weight loss being gradual, or was there a point where it seemed to accelerate? I am trying to understand the long-term effects of this medication.

    Cycling on & off GLP-1s - safe?

I'm curious about how much weight you're talking about. You lose "all" the weight in a couple months and gain it "all" back in about the same amount of time. From what I've researched, you have to stay on a maintenance dose unless you're super strict when you go off it.

Ozempic Face - is it a real thing??

I read a post where someone said they're happy about being 'overweight'! I feel that. I'm aiming for normal BMI for the first time since the 90s. I have PCOS and insulin resistance so it's tough.

Ozempic Face - is it a real thing??

If I don't eat, I don't lose. The key is nutrients, not starvation. Eat smaller portions of healthier food. That's why I think people regain the weight; they don't learn how to eat correctly. Just my opinion. I'm on my second week of Ozempic, and I think a couple of pounds a week is a great rate.

    240+ lbs gone?! Wow!

And it's not just about weight sometimes. I saw someone else online say their inflammation went way down, and their PCOS is better now. It's so much more than just a number on the scale.

When someone's told not to expect too much weight loss with these meds (which isn't right!), show them this post. Anything's possible!

    Tiny tirzepatide dose increases?

Makes sense about the pens. I mean, they tell you to toss them after 56 days, but people are using them for months! As long as it's clear and refrigerated, it's probably fine. I've heard of people doing that with insulin too. I bet they put that date on there to be safe, but it's probably good...

    Tiny tirzepatide dose increases?

    Agree 100%. I've had to open a 7.5mg pen to get a 7.2mg dose, but it's a pain.
