    Reta first impressions... normal?

Thanks for the info. I'm close to 60 and looking for some fat burning. Reta might be the right choice. I will do more research

    Reta first impressions... normal?

I'm curious about starting Reta over other GLP-1s. Has anyone had fewer side effects with Reta compared to, say, semaglutide or tirzepatide? I've heard good things about its effects on fat loss and how it works with TRT.

    Sema journey: 4 month check-in

Where do you get your GLP-1 from? I'm doing research and seeing so many negative comments about online ads. My doctor won't prescribe it.

Hubby's mad about my Ozempic. Help!

Does he believe people who wear eyeglasses are taking the simple route? It's hormone support. So many people don't understand what these medications do. We are all behind you!

Hubby's mad about my Ozempic. Help!

Do it for you and no one else! Your health will get better, and you'll feel great. If he is still crabby, take an hour every night to escape for a "workout" and see how he likes that. You won't be sorry, good luck!

NAD+ Injections vs Pills, Real Deal?

I've been taking 50mg daily for about 3 months now. I really like it. When I started, I felt a rush for about 5 minutes after each injection. That faded, but I still feel energized for a few hours. My workouts are better if I take it before the gym. No cognitive benefits like focus or clarity...

NAD+ Injections vs Pills, Real Deal?

At first it made me tired... I needed an afternoon nap. Once I started taking TMG daily, the sleepiness stopped, and I would get a 2-3 hour burst of energy. Overall, I don't think it does much. Another researcher suggested using 5 amino 1 to boost NAD's energy effects.

NAD+ Injections vs Pills, Real Deal?

Another update: I've been titrating up to 100mg daily subq for a month, and my blood work came back with unchanged NAD levels. Very disappointing.

NAD+ Injections vs Pills, Real Deal?

So, an update. I was taking NAD from one source at 100mg every 3 days for weeks with no changes, but when I switched to a different brand I noticed an energy boost right away. I'm aiming for long-term cognitive benefits and sent in a blood test to check my NAD levels after using it for a few weeks.

NAD+ Injections vs Pills, Real Deal?

Can anyone answer the original question and state if they have gotten any benefits from NAD+?

    Ozempic jitters?!

Wow! I had no idea you could get compounded versions! Is it safe? I'm paying out the nose for mine, even with insurance.

    Ozempic jitters?!

Fantastic progress! I really like your motivation ideas. I'm going to copy you and get new gym clothes. I've been wanting to do that for ages because mine are all too big now!
