    Jeans that actually fit! 🎉

Congrats! 🎉 That's an incredible accomplishment. I was at my highest -- 317 -- in 2012. Got down to 260 and stayed there for 12 years. This morning, I weighed in at 245. This journey is really only understood by those of us who've been there. 🩷

Hit my goal of being under 200lbs!

That's awesome! It's good to know a realistic timeframe. Makes me feel better since I'm not dropping weight super fast.

Hit my goal of being under 200lbs!

You're doing great! Congrats! I'm sure your skin will get better over time. Hope your husband's apnea and diabetes are also improving. I'm 5'6" and was 275lbs, now 251lbs in less than two months. Excited to see what happens with my diabetes.

NAD+ cap colors - anyone else confused?

RXPete Which supplier do you trust? I'm looking for ipamorelin/CJC and a reliable source is more important than the lower price.

NAD+ cap colors - anyone else confused?

I also bought this NAD+ and mine look just like yours! I recall a discussion about this before that forum was temporarily shut down. Apparently, the owner labeled the vial as orange when sending it for testing, but the lab relabeled it as red. I also learned that you can't rely on the "flip...

Slow and steady wins the GLP-1 race!

I saw a post where someone lost 40 pounds in 4 months! I'm so jealous... My weight is coming off at a snail's pace, but I hope to get rid of my back fat this summer!

Slow and steady wins the GLP-1 race!

Amazing! Yes! Solidarity with my fellow slow and steady losers! There's even a fable about this, and I feel we're more likely to win the long game, with less loose skin, and reinforcing good habits!

Half a year on this stuff!

I saw someone post pics... SAME PANTS, but like falling off them! Super inspiring! She said she was still working towards her goal. Starting at 260 and was down to 209 last checkup!

I've only lost ten pounds in six months, but I’ve dropped 35 pounds over two years. Thanks for the validation and encouragement! You look amazing; congratulations!

    Ozempic: One year, down 80!

One magnesium supplement at night and no trouble here. Ozempic changed that whole equation for me though - much rougher on the stomach.

    OMG, it's working!!!

What is making it work for you??? I'm so jealous! I’ve been on it for seven weeks and haven't had any change. 😭 At what dose did you start to see results?

Ozempic: 8 months, 100 lbs gone!

I think you're right. I need to be more consistent with working out. I'm hitting the gym 3x a week, but maybe I need to push myself more.

Ozempic: 8 months, 100 lbs gone!

Wow, you look amazing! My doc suggested weightlifting over cardio while on Ozempic. It's been tough, ngl. Gained weight over Christmas and haven't shed much in 5 months (been on Ozempic for about 10). What's your workout and food routine like?

    Mounjaro's been a game changer!

Zen-Quest I'm also worried about the loose skin. Did you try anything to help with it, or are you just planning on surgery?
