I've only dropped a little weight recently and felt bad, but seeing my progress and getting these pants in a size 6 today really made me happy!

Been on it for 2 years. Started at nearly 230 (5'6"). Got to 176 in the first year. Only lost 18 pounds in year 2 (switched to tirz halfway through), but those pounds made a huge difference. Now at 158.

You must be tall! You don't look 175, which gives me hope. I haven't been in the 160s since high school (I'm 40 now). When I tried to pick a goal weight, I was like, 'I'm clueless. I'd probably look super thin at 160.'

Your ink is awesome. I love your style.

Yeah, body composition makes a huge difference. Someone with more muscle is going to look leaner at the same weight.

Amazing! I've been on for ~12 weeks and dropped about 28 lbs. I'm also fitting into my old jeans again - it's the best feeling!

lost and gained like a yo-yo my whole life so don't like it when people mention my weight loss. reminds me i was overweight and i'm scared they'll jinx it. boss came back from asia and said i looked great. i'm sarcastic at heart and just said yeah, cancer sucks, can we move the 1:1 to 1pm?
