    Hey Reese_44, just a heads up - some people get a little nauseous when they start. Peppermint tea can really help with that! Also, magnesium is great if you get constipated.

    You'll do amazing. Remember to focus on protein to help keep your muscle mass as you lose. Protein shakes really help me. I like the Premier Protein ones. Some days I just can't stand the idea of eating chicken or beef.
