    Sure! I try to focus on whole, unprocessed foods. Lots of veggies, lean protein, and complex carbs. I also try to limit added sugar and processed foods. For exercise, I like to do a mix of cardio and strength training. I usually walk or jog for about 30 minutes most days and lift weights 2-3...
