6 months on GLP-1s!

I kicked off semaglutide in June this year.

This is me now, down about 28 pounds.

Sometimes it's hard to see how much I've changed in the mirror, but my face and shoulders look way different! I'm super happy.

I've lost about 20 pounds since starting. It's encouraging to see others succeeding. I'm 5'1", started around 175 and now I'm about 155. Still got a ways to go!

I'm on the 2mg dose. Honestly, I titrated up pretty quickly. Good appetite suppression at this level.
