    Peptides while on seizure meds?

I would agree with starting just one at a time. It's smart to be cautious when adding something new to your system. This index has a list of over 65 peptides, their use, and common dosages. It is a good starting point. insert index URL here

    Peptides while on seizure meds?

If you use any peptides that affect the brain, start with tiny doses. Some can overstimulate neurons. From strongest to weakest: Dihexa, P-21, PE 22-28, cerebrolysin, pinealon, semax, selank. If I were trying brain peps, I'd start with selank, then semax, then pinealon... low and slow!

Awesome! You absolutely did it! Congrats. 👏👏👏 Your expression in the marathon pic is amazing. ❤️ Also, “crave exercise” - that's exactly how I feel now. Thanks for putting it into words. 🙏

Down 70+ lbs, still feels unreal!

For anyone just starting out or feeling discouraged, it really does happen when you least expect it. I went a month without weighing myself and suddenly my pants were falling off! Just stay consistent.

    Prices droppin' again!

Canada's prices are crazy too. I am seeing $275 at the pharmacies here. But I'm using the starter pen with extra needles. So it stretches pretty well. Still expensive! Hoping for generics soon.

    GLP-1 and food regrets? 😩

Exactly. I'm learning to stop eating even if I don't feel completely full. Because now I'm so nauseous that I just went to the 1.0 dose. I feel sick like I have morning sickness all day. So I've started not eating as much as I used to. Glad you figured it out, Sub_Guy719. Best of luck to you.

    GLP-1 and food regrets? 😩

Oh no, those sulfur burps (sometimes fizzy 🤮) are the worst part of eating something you shouldn't have! I've been there. Not doing that again! I feel for you!

Reta: How bad could it REALLY be?

Take taurine on an empty stomach, and it's a lifesaver for stomach/heartburn issues from GLP's.

Reta: How bad could it REALLY be?

I'm never trying it. I have sinus node dysfunction and palpitations. I also have a pacemaker. I would have liked to try it, but I'll skip it. Sema was fine. Tirz has worked great. Tirz/sema and lifestyle changes have been key. Both doctors are on board. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Losing...

I wanted to try reta. I have heart problems. Death is the worst thing that can happen, so I won't touch it.

Regarding heart rate concerns, here is a recent message: Some, like @Ted R, have used survo with tirz instead:
