Down 121lbs in 6 months on Oz!

Started at 460 pounds on January 14th, 2025. Now at 339 and feeling great. My pre-diabetes is gone and I'm sleeping better without the apnea. But I'm still pushing for more! Reached my 6-month mark with Ozempic yesterday, July 14th, 2025. That's 121 pounds gone. Check out these comparison pics from a year ago!

What starting dose did your doctor prescribe? I'm trying Ozempic for the first time and I'm on 0.50mg, but my appetite is still the same. When does it usually start to work? Just had my shot a few days ago.

It can take a few weeks to really notice a difference, ThinWin. Stick with it and follow your doctor's instructions. Everyone responds differently.

I had one of those non-scale victories today... I finally fit into a pair of pants I bought last year! The scale hasn't been moving much lately, so it was a real boost to my motivation.
