Splitting Tirz Dose: Good or Bad?

I wonder if splitting doses is why I haven't lost as fast as some other peeps. I've only dropped maybe 10 pounds in a few months. But honestly, I'd rather lose slower and not be stuck on the toilet all the time! Maybe I should try going back to the single dose and see what happens?

Splitting Tirz Dose: Good or Bad?

I had to split my 7.5mg dose too! Around day 4, I'd get sulphur burps, the runs, and incredibly painful stomach cramps that made me miss work. It only felt okay when I was sleeping, thank goodness for the exhaustion! The worst 24 hours ever, then BAM, gone. You'd think I'd learn after the first...

Weight Comes Back After Stopping GLP-1s?

It's good to see positive stories about keeping the weight off *after* stopping the meds. Gives me some hope! I'm worried about that part.

Weight Comes Back After Stopping GLP-1s?

The hardest part is keeping it off. I imagine it's the same with these meds.

    GLP-1 lawsuit drama!

I was reading about Kisspeptin-10 and how the FDA decided not to allow compounding pharmacies to make it. Seems like they had concerns about how well it's understood and potential risks.

Down 40+ lbs in a year!

Seeing your success, RunFTW, is really inspiring. I saw an old pic of myself the other day and couldn't believe I let myself get to that point! Now I'm on the road to a healthier me, and I'm so grateful for this med.

    Ozempic success...now what?

I've been on one of these meds for years to manage my type 2 diabetes. It's nearly eliminated my need for other meds. Even though I didn't really have intense food cravings before, I can definitely tell the difference when I had to stop temporarily due to chemo treatments. The cravings came back...

    Who dis?! (Weight loss weirdness)

I've been reading about body dysmorphia after major weight loss. Apparently, your brain kinda gets stuck and doesn't see the real you. It's not about reality, it's about perception so you may need to speak with a professional.

    Who dis?! (Weight loss weirdness)

I totally get that! I feel like I always knew the slimmer me was there, just hidden under extra weight. This is who I am now.

Tirzepatide messing with my stomach :(

I know what you mean, Wise-Path. The constipation is awful. I've been trying stool softeners and more water, but it's still a struggle. I might try Miralax next.
