Sema Side Effects - Any Way to Dodge Them?

Thanks Food_xo! Glad it helped! I was really thinking a lot about what might happen with my gut, so I thought I should plan for the worst. I just took my second shot and again, I feel pretty much nothing. I am going to try to stick it out one more week and see before bumping up the dose.

Sema Side Effects - Any Way to Dodge Them?

Okay, update: I didn't feel anything from that first dose. Suddenly... normal?!

I feel the same. I always needed to eat until stuffed to reduce hunger. I spent the first 25 years trying to burn calories just to feel 'normal'. Now hunger is easy to manage. A normal portion is fine. I never understood how people could eat healthy portions.

    Suddenly... normal?!

It's crazy, right? I ate a brownie and didn't feel like I HAD to finish the entire thing!
