    Rely heavily on premade protein shakes, protein yogurt smoothies, clear proteins, protein pasta, bananas, unsweetened sauce pouches, and edamame for some reason. When I'm not feeling great I just graze those all day - little sips of smoothie here or nursing a shake for an hour.

    Two Years, A New Me!

    Good news is that muscle you lose while dieting is way easier to get back than the first time you built it. There's still discussion about exactly why but studies show muscle memory is real and rebuilding takes way less work than initial gains even after a long break.
