    Looking for meal variety here. Type 2 diabetic, lost 58 so far and aiming for 150s. Mostly dinner and occasional lunch, protein shake in the morning. Love cooking but want fresh ideas to break out of eating the same rotation.

    Congrats on the progress! I wear tankinis with shorts or a skirt. Look for long sleeve UV tops too. Amazon has tankini sets or grab them from local stores. Lands End and LLBean also have solid coverage options if you need something nicer.

    Beyond just numbers the newer drugs help folks who don't do well on older options. More choices means more competition lower costs better access.

    Still hungry on the starter dose :(

    It takes 12+ hours or more for your body to respond, maybe even 24. If the panic hit earlier than that, it's not chemical from the shot. And right now you're on such a small starter dose it's not meant to be therapeutic yet. That said, if you're still getting chest pain, go to the ER.

    My progress has been slow going too. Started end of January, only down 13 pounds by mid-April. Taking it day by day.

    I'm on 7mg usually every 6 or 7 days depending on what's going on that week. I tried splitting the dose the first couple weeks but switched pretty quick and haven't gone back to it.
